Telegram from the Governor of Hong Kong to the

Secretary of State for the Colonies.

I understand that Wood has been sent to Singapore

by the Air Ministry to lay out aerodrome and that he

may pass through Hong Kong on leave this summer. I

suggest that Air Ministry should instruct him to visit

Hong Kong Officially at their charge to assist in planning lay out of Kai Tack with which R.A.F. is very

largely concerned.
